- Powdered creamers, most are marked "Non-Dairy" but aren't
- English Muffins

- Food at parties/restaurants (I pack a meal for my sons if we will be out for more than 2 hours)
- Children's chewable vitamins (they sometimes use dairy ingredients as a binder)
- Ingredients like "flavorings" and "natural flavors" (these are pretty unreliable and useless)
- Be careful when letting your child or yourself touch dog or cat food or treats, they often contain cheese and/or whey!!!
- If your child is super sensitive, or allergic, and you don't have or use a dishwasher, wash his/her dishes in their own dish pan and there own sponge, to prevent cross contamination. Use the same sponge to clean up eating surfaces your child may use, just in case the kitchen sponge wiped up milk or milk products with out you knowing it. And store the pan and sponge separately for you or your baby's sake.
- Be aware of ANY food he/she has never had !!!
